Located within The Hong Kong Polytechnic University campus, this exclusive Gourmet Shop is open only to guests holding a valid PolyU or Affiliate card for purchase and pick-up.

PolyU’s Hotel ICON extends the hotel’s professional standards to the campus—thoughtfully crafting a range of exquisite delights for PolyU students, staff, and the campus community, so every day can be enjoyed with a touch of refinement.

Reminder:
- This is a PolyU campus-exclusive shop, available only to valid PolyU cardholders. A valid PolyU or Affiliate card must be presented upon pick-up.
- PolyU discounts are not applicable on selected dates. To proceed with your purchase with pick-up on certain dates, please click the Hotel ICON logo in the top-left corner to access the hotel e-shop.
- Order same-day pick-up before 12:00 noon cut-off time
- Order 2-lb party cakes at least 3 days in advance. If the same order includes other items, the system will automatically provide the earliest available pickup date and time.

- GREEN, Hotel ICON lobby | From 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm
- Gourmet Shop, VA204, P/F, Block VA, PolyU | From 12:00 noon to 7:30 pm, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Terms And Conditions

• PolyU discounts are not applicable on selected dates. To proceed with your purchase with pick-up on certain dates, please access the hotel e-shop (https://www.hotel-icon.com/e-shop).
• Shopping bags is not included in all our E-shop items.
• Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance prior.
• The daily cut-off time for orders is 12:00 noon.
• Pick-up location and times
-GREEN, Hotel ICON lobby: from 12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m
-Gourmet Shop, VA204, P/F, Block VA, PolyU: from 12:00 noon - 7:30 p.m, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• If you need any customized greeting message, please fill it in the 'Remarks' section.
• Gourmet Shop products cannot be purchased in conjunction with other promotions or membership privileges, including ICONIC Eats.
• The order number must be presented when collecting the order.
• When placing orders, all orders must be paid in full as a deposit. A deposit will be forfeited if the customer fails to collect the product on the designated collection date and time.
• Orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable and cannot be redeemed in cash once placed.
• Amendment must be made 48 hours in advance for any order.
• No Hotel ICON coupon or voucher can be used in Gourmet Shop.
• Hotel ICON reserves the right to revoke or change the terms and conditions of this benefit at any time and without notice.
