• Valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and no extensions will be allowed.
• No blackout dates within the validity period.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change will be returned if the purchase amount is less than the face value of this voucher.
• Photocopied or altered voucher will not be accepted, damaged or lost voucher will not be replaced.
• Only valid with a Hotel ICON chop.
• Guests may use the voucher to redeem gift boxes, festive food items, dine-in
experiences, or any eligible purchases at selected restaurants.

• Delivery options include local courier service (approximately 2-3 working days) or self
pick-up at GREEN, located in the Lobby of Hotel ICON.
• Please be advised that delivery generally requires 2 to 3 working days, subject to the courier company’s timeline.
• The delivery fees are to be settled by the recipient upon delivery.
• No refund will be provided once payment is confirmed.
• Reservations are recommended for dining at the hotel.

• Vouchers are for personal use only and are strictly not for resale.
• Hotel ICON reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time
without prior notice.
